It’s not what you eat but what your body does with what you eat. Successful and lasting weight loss can be torpedoed by hormones, stress or gut dysfunction.

The Lose It + Live It Weight Loss Program will help you balance hormones, sleep better, process stress, and improve your digestion so that your body can use your food more effectively!

During this 4-week program you’ll learn how to:

  • Transition to a whole food lifestyle that the whole family will embrace

  • Fine tune your hormones and sleep to support your weight loss efforts

  • Recognize your body’s cues for hunger and satiety

  • Support your digestion with food and lifestyle changes

  • Use self-care practices like meditation to process stress

During this 4-week program you’ll get:

  • A whole food cook book, meal planning strategies, and tracking tools

  • Lifestyle strategies for sleep, exercise, relationships and more

  • Weekly group coaching sessions and support through email and text

  • Education and feedback from an experienced health coach and functional nutritionist

The virtual class will take place on Tuesdays from 12pm - 1pm starting March 5 through March 26 on the Zoom platform. If you need to miss a day, classes will be recorded and a link emailed to you. If you've never used Zoom, it's very user friendly right from your phone or computer.
